Hello,

It’s few weeks our website is down.
I have already tried several things but nothing works, so I call “Help.. :)

I just try add additional css “fix underlined links & marin in Masonry”

Hey nonosapiens,
Can you explain when was the last time the site was working and what was the last thing done before it crashed?
Above it sounds like you added some css, can you tell us where you added the css?
I have not seen this kind of error, and just adding css should not cause this error.
I would recommend restoring a backup, most webhost automatically backup the site every so often, ask your webhost to restore the last working backup for you.

Hello,

the site was running well, I didn’t change anything, I think it was because of a wordpress update.
It’s been dead for at least 3 weeks.
I even tried to restore backups from a year ago or just a month ago.
Every time I tried something after I restored latest version
The site and the plugins were up to date and Php 8.1

CSS: I just tried, a few hours ago because found a post on your forum explaining problem with wordpress

I receive mail from wordpress. ( translate from french )

Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, I see that your version of Enfold is v4.5 from 2018 this is not compatible with PHP v8+
So please try changing your server PHP to v7.4 and restore your backup and do not update the WordPress version if asked until you have updated the theme first.
To update your version of Enfold you will need to download the latest installable WP version from your Theme Forest account and upload it to your WordPress ▸ Appearance ▸ Themes ▸ Add Themes ▸ Add New

after you choose the zip file and click install, you will see a This theme is already installed message because you are updating, you can continue

then you will see the Theme updated successfully message.

Guys I love you.. yes yes it’s love :) “joke”

Go Down to php 7.2 and it’s work again.
I go Upload new version of Theme.
I thought the theme was updating automatically.

when finished I give news but thank you 100000 times already
