    Hi guys,

Our site over on https://gator-ramp.ca/ will sometimes randomly not load at first, and only do so on a refresh. Is this a known bug with the Enfold theme?

    Thanks

    Hi Rick,

I don’t think this is a common Enfold issue, though when facing this issue, mostly it’s because of caching, clearing browser cache or the caching plugin might help.
Also upon checking the console with a web inspector I’m seeing this error (urls are changed):

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://yoursite.com/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image 'http://yoursite/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/image.png'. This content should also be served over HTTPS.

I noticed that your site is on https but when you go to Settings > General > WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) are still http. This might also cause the issue or atleast have some contribution to it.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

Hi Nikko, I switched it over to https:// but still get the problem : we had an independent QA tester try it out . This is what they had to say,

“I had a quick check on different browser – Chrome, Safari and Firefox on MAC and listing the findings – 1. Image wasn’t available when I first checked it on chrome and Safari even after a refresh. 2. I checked it on Firefox and it was working there. 3. I checked it on chrome and Safari again and it seems image is not there on first load however working fine after a refresh”

I’ve attached the login credentials if you would be able to have a look and give any further suggestions that would be great.

    Hi hutch80,

Thanks for giving us admin access.
The mixed content issue is resolved and I checked your site several times and it does load properly each time.
Please check and let us know your feedback, clearing your browser cache might be needed.

    Best regards,
    Nikko
