    Hi, I´ve done a web in wordpress with Enfold and my client says that in some desktops the web can´t be seen.
    Do you know what can happen? Browsers versions perhaps?

    We can´t. Because it happens in certain computers of my client´s clients. :)
    There´s something he can do to show you the error? Some screenshot…? Something else?

    Hi,

    If it’s only on some computers then it’s because of something local, could you ask them to clear the browser cache and reload a few times please?

    Hi,

    You can try to ask them to do hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”. Hope this information would help :)
