Hello, I am a digital marketer working for the Minnesota Farmers Union which is a non profit in MN that supports local agriculture. The web developer called Downtown Design https://www.downtowndesignweb.com/ built the Farmers Union website but is not supporting the build. I am going to make a couple updates to fix the obvious issues but I need advice from your web support forum. I need the purchase code to do this and we are stuck with no solution. Can you please let me know how to recover the purchase code so we can remove ourselves from this previous developer?

Thank you for the inquiry.
The purchase code is actually attached to the account that was used to buy the theme license. You will have to contact the previous developer and get the purchase code from them, or ask them to register the theme and generate a personal token. Please check the documentation below for more info.

If you can’t contact the previous developer for some reason, you will have to create a new Themeforest account and purchase a new license for the theme. Unfortunately, you cannot recover the purchase code or generate a personal token for the theme if you don’t have access to the original account.
