if you look at https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=http%3A%2F%2Finge-herrmann.cubic-designs.de%2F
you’ll find a horrible performance on this site (have never seen such a bad perfomance like this before). Nearly every topic ist caused by the enfold-theme. So what can you recommend to get the speed-rank in healthy areas (above 81 pts)?
After installing a cache plugin you recommended, the performance is nearly the same, so caching is not part of the solution…Best Regards

Most of the recommendations are related to images on your site, we can’t really be responsible for the content you upload to your site. Did you try the recommendations listed related to images in the test? It also lists poor server performance, that is something you would have to bring up with your hosting provider.
