After ask Envato to the fail, they suggest to contact with Kriesi.
Recently we have renew our license throught Envato market, and after add the private Envato token read the next message:
Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:
Purchases could not be accessed
Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
Following errors occured:Purchases: Your private token is invalid.
username Your private token is invalid.
email Your private token is invalid.

You may need to adjust the token permission. Please review the following documentation for more info about the token and the required permissions to properly access your account.

The token should have the following permissions.
View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
View the user’s Envato Account username
View the user’s email address
View the user’s account profile details
Download the user’s purchased items
Verify purchases of the user’s items

After folow your instructions we have get new token and update the theme. But after reload the web is down. Do you think it´s better if we updload the files

Your site looks fine on my end, did you manage to get it working? Adding a token to the backend of your site should now crash it. If you need further help, then post admin WordPress login details in private and share the token you are trying to use.

Thanks for the update. So the site breaks after you have updated? Could you try copying the site to a staging server, then perform the update there first please?

Thanks for that. I uploaded the latest version of the theme, and your site displayed an error after that. I activated the parent theme after that, and it came back after. That means the problem is coming from your child theme. Please try removing all your customisations, then add them back one by one, to see which one is causing the problem.

Thank you for your help and support but I´m not agree with your reply. You say our problem is our child theme, but with the old theme version, our webpage works well, so we think the problem is in the lastest parent version.
