Dear Kriesi Team, since last update of the theme we have been experiencing many troubles in our website, either for one reason or another.
We have two serious problems: –
We aren’t able to update any plugin and we dont know what the problem is. Here the message sent back by WordPress: Unpacking the update… Installing the latest version… Removing the old version of the plugin… Could not remove the old plugin. Plugin update failed.– Our website is just running TOO SLOW!!!! Please go to visit and bet you wont get it charged in lest than 12 SECOND!!! (that’s insane though). So we cant install any plugin to speed it up!!
So please send us a solution taking in to account we dont have programing skills and it isnt our fault!
THANK YOU AND SOOOO MUCH LOOK FORWARD TO GETTING YOU SUPPORT ASAP!!!!!
Best, Latinomics Team

Does this issue persists with the default WordPress theme activated?

November 16, 2014 at 1:17 am #351936Well, that discard Enfold from being the root of the issue, i think it’s more of a permissions server-related issue, try the following:

JosueNovember 16, 2014 at 2:29 am #351946Yeah, they write very well though and with some knowledge about what exactly they are talking about will be even nicer.
SO, after reading the post you send me, I think I understand but I have non knowledge on programming stuff so I didnt get the way how to solve. I am again who buys your great stuff and uses WordPress precisely for the reason of just only clicking on few bottoms.
Please, Please, Please help me!!
November 16, 2014 at 3:17 am #351953Hello,
As this is not a theme issue I’m not sure what could be the solution to be honest, have you already tried contacting HostGator support? they have livechat available.
Best regards,
Josue -
