    Hi all,
Long time Enfold user here and wanted to warn the community. In the USA, there are law firms targeting small websites that are not in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act guidelines. Just last week a friend of mine who is a dentist was served with a $15,000 lawsuit because the video on his website did not include captions. Word of these lawsuits is also appearing in other threads here on the support board. What makes this more complicated is that to the best of my knowledge, there are no definitive guidelines around ADA compliance for websites, at least that I could find. Most seem to be following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) last updated in 2018 and available here:
    https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/

I just installed the “One Click Accessibility” plugin and it plays very nicely with Enfold in both desktop and mobile. You can see it in action here:

    http://www.thomashenthorne.com

You can customize where the accessibility symbol appears on both desktop and mobile, as well as what symbol is used.
There are a variety of options which will make your website more accessible for our differently-abled friends and visitors.

    Hope this helps!

    Hey Rob,

Thanks for the heads up and your recommendation!

We are going to check with our devs and see if we can implement the plugin in Enfold :)

    Best regards,
    Yigit

Yigit, it is wonderful that you implemented this… I just noticed it in the theme documentation! Well done.

Can you tell me under theme extensions where there’s the toggle menu for “conformance level” what the different levels mean? I am not noticing a difference on my site as I select each one.

    Thanks again!
    Rob

    Hi Rob,

A Level is the lowest level and AAA is the highest level. Line heights are increased when AAA conformance level is selected for better readability :)

    Best regards,
    Yigit

Thank you! Again I am impressed that you implemented this so quickly.

OK to close ticket if you wish :)

    Thanks,
    Rob
