Hi there – my website has these two paragraphs at the top of each page and I have no idea how to correct them… is this something you can help m with please? Also… please don’t ask me to add code… I will struggle terribly. Thank you so much.

RikardHi – I am terribly stuck here – I added 2 support questions earlier and neither have been responded to – so I checked out my support package and it had expired. I have just renewed it for another 6 months and REALLY need your help please.
My website is Enfold http://www.cafevincinq.com and I have been trying to add a new page (Weddings) to my site. Although I can manage to get the header bit at the top of the page to save, any content I add thereafter, just vanishes. As soon as I add a color section or text block, once I have gone back into it a couple of times, saved and updated, it just vanishes. PLEASE PLEASE HELP – THIS PAGE IS SUPPOSED TO BE LIVE NOW.

Don’t know what an FTP is (!) but the website login is below in ‘Private Content’
Is this what you mean please, so sorry to be such a luddite?

Please contact your hosting provider and ask for your FTP logins. We are going to need them to overwrite theme files or make changes on them to solve the issue so we are going to need FTP logins to access the files on your server :)
Edit: Found file manager in customer portal. Will work on it and update you on this thread. Please kindly wait to hear from usCheers!

Many thanks, but the problem is still there. I have flushed browser cache.
What is happening is this; if you go into one of the 2 new pages (I have tried it with 2 brand new pages) one is in drafts, and one has been published, but does not show up on the main menu, so you have to get to them both from the pages tab on the dashboard.
I can add a header with no problem, but every time I add a color section then add media, then update, then view page, it shows… all perfect. I then go BACK into the section, edit something, update and then view, and it has vanished. I tried this with a text block too, not just the color section, and that vanished too. I have tried it literally countless times, which is why I thought it may be a glitch on the ‘weddings’ page, so I added a whole new weddings page (the one which is still in the drafts file) and exactly the same thing is happening with this. Please advise, as I am now past my deadline and people should be able to see the wedding page and I have to resolve this problem, then build the thing. Thank you so much for your help

Which version of php are you running? You can hide debug info from users and write it to a log file. Here is how to do it:

Nothing seems to sort this problem out. I really need help.
My login credentials are below.
When you go the ‘pages’ via dashboard, click on ‘Weddings’
When I try to add color sections then media it seems to accept it, then I press upload and save and view page. All looks fine. Then I try to add another color section below, or media with parallax, press upload and save, and view, again, all looks good.
Then I try and add something else and the previous color section and/or media has mysteriously disappeared, so I can get no further.
I have disabled word fence for you to help.
Please advise urgently as I am at my wits end. So is my boss.

Can you create a copy of the pages, so that we don’t break anything on this page?

Bless you and please don’t worry, the page as it stands is not a problem if something gets broken on this page.
My knowledge is extremely poor regarding these things, and I would really appreciate if you could go on to my site with the credentials above and try and copy the shortcodes etc. Is this possible do you think please, as I am really not confident at all at perfoming the debug?

Hi Victoria – the problem is STILL there. I am unable to resolve this, my technological experience is non existent. Could you please use my credentials and go into the weddings page and try and sort it out please. I am at the end of my tether as this has been going on for weeks and weeks now and I just have no idea how to resolve it. My boss is livid with me.
