    Dear Kriesi,

    Today I bought an Enfold and I have a problem. I use your Enfold on my website http://www.mitocare.pl – I updated the PHP version to 8.0 and get information:

    Thanks for giving us access.
    It’s fixed, please review your site.
    Disabling Javascript file merging and compression and flushing out cache seems to resolve the issue.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I temporarily activated one of the default WordPress themes, and the warning remained after that. That means that the warning is not generated by the theme. If might be coming from one of your plugins.

    I’m not sure what problem you are having with the sliders, could you try to explain a bit further please?

    So what are you suggesting to make this warning go away?

    My point is, a slider doesn’t take up all the available space for it.

    Hi Krystian,

    I’m not sure why those warnings are appearing on your site, but they are not generated by the theme. Did you try disabling all plugins, to see if that helps?

    Which slider are you having problems with? Is it the LayerSlider on the front page?

    Hi Krystian,

    Turning off plugins is a way to test where the warnings are coming from. Since they are not coming from the theme, then we can’t say for sure where they are coming from. It should be safe to turn them off temporarily, but if you want to test somewhere else, then please copy your site to a staging area and test there instead.

    For the Layerslider, did you try to set the Layout in the Slider Settings to Full Size?

    Hi Krystian,

    Thanks for providing us admin access again.
    The first warning “Warning: is_readable(): open_basedir restriction in effect.” is caused by this plugin Welcome Email Editor
    And the second one “Warning: Undefined array key 0 in /home/mitocare/domains/mitocare.pl/public_html/wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 76” is caused by InPost dla WooCommerce
    It wouldn’t matter if you’re using the enfold theme, child theme or default WordPress theme.

    I try to delete this plugin and install it again but it wasn’t helpful.

    Hi Krystian,

    We are not very familiar with these plugins, the first one I believe you can either contact the plugin author or try to request assistance from your hosting provider.

    As for the other issue, I believe only the plugin author can fix it.

    I can’t seem to see the error on the pages you gave, however, I could see this error in the frontend of those pages:

    I tried to access FTP to see some logs but I’m getting:

    425 Could not open data connection to port 62099: Connection refused
