February 17, 2017 at 4:57 am #748210Hi,
Thanks for that. Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Also please try to keep all plugins deactivated while doing this, after you are done you can activate them one by one to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them.
Best regards,
RikardFebruary 17, 2017 at 9:31 am #748290Ok will try it. Any result, let you know asap, tq

February 20, 2017 at 1:48 pm #749334Hi,
Thanks for providing the access, I found out the problem was the entire enfold theme was also added to the framework folder that’s why when updating the theme doesn’t remove the problem. It should be good now :)
Cheers!
NikkoFebruary 20, 2017 at 2:04 pm #749349WOW… you are fantastic.. i do not realize that the theme accidentally installed to the framework folder..
Thank you very much… Your help is highly appreciated.. Now, i can sleep better.. hahaha..
Again, thank you very much Bro Nikko
