I have installed old 3.8 version
But want to buy new one and upgrade my 3.8 till 4.5.1
Is it technically possible? Where I can find instruction how to do it

Hi Sergey,
It is possible, but it is better to do it via FTP. Please have a full backup ready, make sure you’re running at least php 5.6.3 and of course, it is better if you had a test server where you could test the update first.

What does it mean via FTP? Do you mean just replace all theme files using FTP _OR_ installing like new theme via WP Dashboard using FTP?

Hi,
To update via FTP, you will need to remove the old theme folder “enfold” first (via FTP) then upload the new “enfold” folder at /wp-content/themes/enfold/
Please don’t try to overwrite the theme folder, as this will leave old files behind and cause errors.Best regards,
