Hello,
I want to add a meetup social icon the header. I already have other social icons there. I am using Enfold version 3.1.3.
How do I go about doing this?

I’m not sure what a meetup social icon is, could you explain a bit more please? If you want to add content to the header you could try to add a widget area: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/
