We try to reply on a first-come first-serve basis, I can’t see that any of your threads hasn’t been replied to for a couple of days though, the last answer was yesterday. With that said, we will attend to your question as soon as possible. Opening a new thread to ask for us to reply to another thread is counter productive since we have to spend time replying to it.
