    Hi Kriesi Team,

    We tried to install Voucherpress but the shortcode is not coming up on Enfold theme? Is the plugin compatible with enfold theme? If yes, can you please suggest any voucher plugins?

    Hi Devin,

    Thank you for your reply. We are trying to add it on a page but we are not sure if that is possible. We just wanted something to be sent to a client when they have purchased a plan to us. It will serve as a certification with their specific details (i.e. Purchased plan, Name, etc.)

    Did you add it using a Text Block or Code Block element? Please post the url of the actual page where you’re trying to add the shortcode. Honestly, we’re not sure if the plugin is compatible with Enfold or not.

    Thank you for your reply. Are you able to suggest a voucher/certificate plugin that is compatible with Enfold theme? We just need something that will be sent to our clients if they will purchase or subscribe to our plans.

    Also is there a way to embed a youtube video instead of sharing it using the advanced layout editor?

    Hi!

    I’ve not tested it with Enfold, but this plugin could work for you.

    To insert a Video, try using the Video element found in Media Elements.
