    Thanks for a wonderful site and all the help.
    our client has been using the site now for a few months and is really pleased.

    Today they contacted us that the Visual Tab does not show any content, or formatting buttons.
    We have tried it as well, to no avail.

    Is there a fix for this?

    (editing works if we go into the “text” area.)

    Hello,

    Please try to deactivate all third party plugins to see if it gets fixed.

    Also make sure you are using the latest version of Enfold and WordPress.

    I have the same issue and after searching through the forum and seeing that the usual culprit is the WPML plugin, (not installed on our site) I’m still not able to identify the culprit on our site after …
    * deactivating each plugin,
    * reinstalling wordpress 3.9 and
    * re-installing enfold 2.7
    Here is the list of installed plugins …

    Hello folks
    We’re having the same issue. Using ver. 2.6.1 of the ENFOLD theme and WP 3.9. Disabling all plugins does not fix the problem. As well the visual text editor (in “advanced layout mode”) shows the text in white against a white background. I found that changing the font colour to black in the file editor.min.css temporarily fixed that issue, however the content shown in “visual” mode is the same as what is shown in “text” mode (it shows the full HTML rather than the formatted visual result).

    Working in the “default editor” mode works fine… but doesn’t have all the features we need in the “advanced” mode.

    @ernestvr-bcna     – please update to Enfold 2.7. The text editor issue is a known issue – another user already reported it and Kriesi investigates it.

    There is info in the VISUAL tab, it’s just white and in code like the TEXT tab. If I highlight what looks to be an empty area in the VISUAL tab (even though I know it’s not) I can see it.

    Hi!

    The 2.7.1 version which is getting loaded up onto ThemeForest today has fixes for this I believe. It should be available once ThemeForest approves it.
