I was so relieved when you got Vimeo working as backgrounds via the colour sections, I had lost a lot of time trying to get that to work. It worked perfectly from February until today.
I tried putting an image as a fall-back as well s the video, but it seems that the fall-back is just for mobile devices, I did not see it on my desktop screen.
I have temporarily taken the video background off the front page and put a still image there.
I have put the video link on this page. http://www.ccrasa.com/carbon-credits-directory/ I can see the video working fine if I go to vimeo.com but it’s no longer playing on my pages- I’d be grateful if you have a minute to have a look and see if you can spot anything
Thanks , TimJuly 1, 2014 at 7:04 am #285582Hello,
Have you tried disabling all third-party plugins to see if it gets fixed?
Regards,
JosueJuly 1, 2014 at 7:23 am #285588No, I hadn’t done that, I’ll start there, thanks
TimJuly 1, 2014 at 7:28 am #285589Let us know how it goes, i also noted that your child theme folder name has a space in its name (CCRASA 2013), you should change that to CCRASA_2013.
Cheers!
JosueJuly 1, 2014 at 7:51 am #285591It has returned already after only switching a couple of plugins. It must have been that, although the internet speed has been very slow today .
I’ll change the child theme name also. Thanks again
TimJuly 1, 2014 at 8:05 am #285593I just tried a quick fix of the theme name but I got some strange behaviours on a page. I’ll look again tomorrow. Thanks again.

That’s because theme settings are bound to the theme folder name, you can import/export that in the Theme Options.
Cheers!
