    Hi there,

    On https://avatara.life/soul-consciousness-retreat/ I have a problem with a Vimeo movie showing a black screen and only loading when the link is clicked, see https://tinyurl.com/yzudg7sq

    All settings in Vimeo are correct, see https://tinyurl.com/ykxzufov I tested it with other videos with the same settings and they all worked. Any idea what goes wrong here?

    Hey WDP,

    The login details you posted are not working, please check and verify. Also, for clarity; did you try other Vimeo videos, and they did work?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I can’t see what is going wrong unfortunately, but the video in question is not working on a test installation either. I tried using the example video which is used in the element option description (see private), and that is working in the same video element. Are you sure there isn’t a setting which you might have missed on Vimeo?

    Hi there, yeah it is strange. These (http://prntscr.com/1zs85b7) are the video settings in the Vimeo video of this video: https://vimeo.com/643475433 which are the exact same as the ones for other videos that do work. For example this video (https://vimeo.com/586717881) has the same settings, see http://prntscr.com/1zs8ad5

    What else can we try?

    I have resolved it by uploading the video once again. Same settings but now it works ;-)
