Vimeo embed and support question

I don’t understand “Support”. This is the only place I’ve found to ask a question and it’s Pre-Sale. I purchased the Enfold Template. Where or rather, HOW do you submit questions if you have purchased? I see the list of other people’s questions, but no submit.

Nonetheless, my current issue is when I put the “Video” media element from the “Avia Layout Builder” into a black “Color Section” and set the height to be defined by the contents; a black bar appears at the bottom.

I can’t seem to do anything to make the space go away from under a Vimeo video.

I’ve tried using a Code element instead and used Vimeo’s generated code. It still puts a space at the bottom of the Vimeo Player. I’ve wrote the code 5 different ways…I managed to get it to be a little smaller with a whole new coding approach, but I can’t get it to go away completely.
