    Just noticed today my videos don’t play in the page anymore. There’s no preview image, just black with the play symbol. When I click they open youtube as a new tab.

    I’ve found they play in firefox and work in chrome incognito, but not when logged into chrome.

    Maps also not working when logged into chrome but otherwise OK.

    Seems to be chrome that’s the issue, as it happens even if I log out of wordpress.

    Site is on latest WP and theme, using the advanced builder video player.

    I don’t think I have any blocks in my chrome settings. I’ve disabled all extensions, flushed website cache and cleared cache/cookies via browser. Any ideas?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I can’t see any differences on your site when comparing a regular Chrome browser where I’m logged in, and an incognito window. Could you try to clear all caches from Chrome and restart it to see if that helps please?
