    Hello – I’ve inserted videos using the standard Avia “media elements / video” content block. These display exactly as expected on a desktop browser, but only as a solid black box on mobile.

    Any idea what’s happening and how to fix? Thanks much!

    Hey Clayton,

    You caching plugin is using lazy-loading. It might be the reason the videos are not working on mobile. Please disable it and see if the issue persists.

    Huh. That’s a great suggestion, but I’m not seeing any active caching plug-in. Any idea where I should look? Can I give you a log-in to poke around?

    Hi,

    You can look in the plugins area and disable all active plugins. Or look for anything specific to caching.
