Olá, John. Já li diversos posts no Forum a respeito de reprodução de video no Slider não carregar nos devices. Qual a vantagem então em disponibilizar o fallback image? O cliente vai ver a arte, vai clicar e nada vai acontecer. Muito ruim isso. Existe uma maneira de reproduzir os links dos vídeos embed? Isso pra mim é um dos pontos fracos do Enfold.

I have read several posts in the Forum regarding video playback in Slider not loading on devices. What is the advantage then in making the fallback image available? The customer will see the art, will click and nothing will happen. Too bad that. Is there a way to play the embed video links? This to me is one of the weaknesses of Enfold.Hey mleite1,
Do you mean auto play videos? If so then yes, auto play is disabled on mobile devices. I’m not sure if I’ve misunderstood you though, if I have then please try to explain a bit further and post a link to an example page where we can see the problem.

Videos which are not auto play should work as usual no matter what screen size you are on, could you post a link to where we can see the problem please?

I removed the AUTOPLAY …. but it does not load the video in the devices.

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look? Depends on the element you’re using. I’ve seen youtube videos and hosted videos playing.
