    The background video starts automatically when the page loads, and the videos below play correctly when clicked. Which specific video is not working properly?

    Hi,
    I first had the problem with the video in the header, too, when I just put the YouTube Link there. It’s working now with a video I’ve uploaded on the website.
    For the three videos below I need to put the YouTube Link and they don’t start playing. I get an error message saying:
    “Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Bitte versuche es später noch einmal. (Wiedergabe-ID: porJIc0yBNjvFw21)” / An error occurred. Please try again later.
    Why do the videos not start playing, when I clicked?

    hm, I have a fast internet connection, everything else is working fine.
    Please see the links to the screenshots.
    It trys to load and after a while there is an error message.

    Thank you for the screenshots.

    We cannot reproduce the same issue on our end. The videos play correctly until the end as shown in the short clip above, without the error. Have you tried testing this on a different device or network?
