    Hello Kriesi!

    I have tried to optimise the file sizes of the images. Since the free versions could not compress all the images, I used different plug-ins.
    Apparently this also affected the video player.
    Now no videos are displayed – only black boxes with timecode. https://ibb.co/XbwzQYX black box - video payer
    Deactivating and deleting the plugins did not solve the problem.

    Thanks for the login details. I can’t access the login page though:

    Forbidden
    You don’t have permission to access this resource.

    Are you blocking some IP ranges maybe? If so then please try disabling that, or let us know which countries are allowed.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I can’t see where you are having this problem with videos though, could you link directly to a page where we can see it please?

    Also make sure that you are running PHP 7.2 or higher on the server.
