I tried pasting some HTML code to a text block in Enfold today and it won’t work (I’ve done it before and it’s worked). I can see the code in the HTML text editor. But when I hit save and update, it doesn’t show on the page. I’ve tried deleting and re-editing, but nothing seems to be working. I’ve also had several issues today. For ex. when I hit update I’ll frequently get the do you want to stay on page or leave message (I’ve never seen that before when clicking on update page). I’ve also tried adding a content block and it won’t let me do that at certain times and then other times I can. Oh, and several times when I’ve clicked on update, the entire screen has turned white. When I hit refresh, it immediately returns a blank page. The only way to get back is to go back to the dashboard and click on pages again.

The URL is http://www.MountPleasantBusiness.com and the page I’ve been trying to load the video is http://mountpleasantbusiness.com/how-to-edit-your-profile/ (video should be at the bottom under the red bold titles). Code is there, just won’t appear.

The video is being hosted on Amazon s3 and I’m using ezs3 as the go between. Mac user using both Safari and Firefox.

    Thanks!

If you get a php error (or “white screen of death”) please increase the allocated php memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

Please make sure you’re using the latest version of the theme (v1.8.4).

    Dude,

Thanks! I’ve sent that along to the person who controls the server. Will let you know if it works!

BTW, I forgot to mention that I gave up on inserting the html code and simply used your video player, which solved the problem of the video (not the other issue).

    Hey,

Glad it is fixed. Please make sure that you increase the php memory limit to avoid encountering the white screen issue.

    Regards,

    Ismael
