    I am using your internal color section with video background and for some reason this particular video does not load on iphones.

    It loads fine on android phones and desktop / notebooks but not iphones.

    Should i not use .mp4? I have other .mp4 videos that have worked.

    Please advise.

    Hey RezNation,

    Sorry for the late reply. As far as I know, autoplay videos are disabled on all mobile Apple devices. Are you referring to the top section on your front page?

    Yes, I am referring to that top section. Is there any way to enable this? I’d like for the video to play automatically.

    Unfortunately not without a lot of hacking of the code and that goes beyond the scope of support here in the forums. You would need a freelancer.

    Ok well i am having issues loading the video on your platform with revolution slider.

    what happend was a i inhereted this site from a different designer and they have a child theme installed and i know if i update the theme with the support code i just purchased it will probably erase a lot of the site settings.

    I want to update revolution slider but i don’t want to overwrite the theme settings.

    How do i proceed.

    If you are using a child theme, the custom code will be preserved during the update.
