    Hi,

    I have a Vimeo video loaded as a background inside a Color Section. It has been working great for months and works great on both Firefox and Safari but it is now showing a black screen on Chrome. I have purged all cache and still no luck.

    Also, there is another Vimeo video using a Color Section on another page which doesn’t have this same issue. The only difference is the one that doesn’t work has a Headline Rotator on top of the Video background while the one that does work only has a simple text box.

    Hey Slade,

    I get the same results but they are working if I’m logged in, could you try clearing the cache from your caching plugin to see if that helps?

    Hi Rikard, when I login using Chrome the video still doesn’t show on the Home page. I purged all cache and deactivated the caching plugin with no luck.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, though it’s working both when logged in and not now on my end using Chrome. I’m not sure what could be wrong but I think it’s either local on your end related to caching. Could you try a different browser or machine to verify?

    That’s odd…it is working on my end now as well. I originally did try it on another machine as well as have a buddy try it and it wasn’t working in Chrome on any. Regardless…seems to be working now.

    Ok, great, I’m guessing it was some kind of caching acting there. Anyway, great that it’s working now. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
