    Wonderful Enfold support people

    My site

    Next to “Get what you really want” is a little play button. This is basically the same as the demo that I imported when I first set this up. Now… I remembered this in the demo as popping out a lightbox with the video automatically playing, but I can only get it to link to a whole post with the video embedded.

    I uploaded it via the media manager. Should I have done something different?

    I do have a youtube link for it too, if that would be more useful somehow?

    So… basically… how do I get it to play in a pop up?

    Also, if i used the You Tube link, I wouldn’t want people to be able to go to youtube to see it if they clicked on it, or there was a youtube logo, I just want it to play on the site… is that possible?

    Hi!

    When you click on the video icon in admin please select open in same window. please see screenshot attached. Youtube option is possible too.

    Hi, thanks, I have it like that, but it opens over the whole page, not as a smaller lightbox pop out thing…

    This is the demo I’m talking about

    Mine however opens to fill the page not as a pop out if you see what I mean?

    Hey!

    Then, It’s mostly one of the plugins you are using that is doing this. Please goto WordPress admin > Plugins > Active and deactivate all of them and check for the issue then activate one by one to find the problematic plugin. Then remove it and use an alternate plugin or try re-installing it.

    Hi. Nope, deactivated everything and it still opens out to fill the screen. (only got Mojo Market Place, JetPack, Akismet and Hello Dolly on, so not loads of plugins or anything)

    Hey!

    The issue is the location of the video the light box only supports streaming videos from services like youtube and vimeo. From SEO point of view your videos show up on the search result and also get’s more views from youtube.

    I recommend uploading the video to youtube and paste the link in the video options for it to open in a lightbox popup.

    We tested the site for any conflicts with the mailchimp and the initial newsletter pop up but did not find any conflict. I’m very sorry in the process the mailchimp api key was reset please add the mail chimp api in Enfold > Newsletter it should work fine.

    Hi, I have tried that. I posted you the youtube link before, and I’ve put it back in the link box again right now, and it just opens the youtube page up over my page – no lightbox. Please could you look at that?

    Also – I’ve tried it with the youtube embed link, and the normal you tube watch link, and neither come up in a pop up or autoplaying.

    Also, when you looked at my site you have wiped my QuickCSS in the styling – and I don’t have a copy of that… the colours are all reset and the header transparency!!!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VIDEO-CODE

    Replace “VIDEO-CODE” with the unique number like this “B5WbSrorUyI” which appears in the youtube link.

    Hey!

    I’m very sorry must have happened when the theme was reset to check if it had any conflicts with the plugins.

    The CSS code which was there earlier is in the private content. Please let me know what are the changes you require i’m more than happy to help you set it up just like you want it.

    Some plugins you might be interested to take a look at… please note these plugins are not supported by enfold but i personally think it will be helpful for you and you might find it easier to do some tasks with it.. Feel free to check out

    Hi, thank you again. The header is still transparent white though… I see in the enfold settings that the header is set to black, and I’ve cleared my cache too, but it still shows as white transparent… any ideas?

    Also, the lines are still there between the sections, which I had got rid of but can’t remember how. Thanks, I appreciate you taking the time to put this right again

    Hi!

    Please check private content. As i understand I think you want to make the before scroll header same as the after scroll? is that correct? Please clarify i will help you do this.

    To remove border Enfold > General Styling > main Content > Borders ( clear the color value) it’s done now.
