    Hello

    Enfold Version: 5.3.1.1
    Audio does not automatically activate on video slider. It has to be manually turned on.

    Is there coding to activate the audio when the video slider comes on? The audio player was not muted. See private content for web link.

    Hey Nik,
    Thanks for the link to your site, I see your updates are disabled, so to update your version of Enfold to v5.5 you can download the latest installable WP version from your Theme Forest account and upload it to your WordPress ▸ Appearance ▸ Themes ▸ Add Themes ▸ Add New
    WordPress_Appearance_Themes_Add-Themes_Add-New.jpg
    after you choose the zip file and click install, you will see a This theme is already installed message because you are updating, you can continue

    then you will see the Theme updated successfully message.

    Hi Mike,

    Thanks for getting back. Even after installing the latest Enfold version, the Audio does not automatically activate when the video slider comes on. It has to be manually turned on. This is an ongoing issue even with previous Enfold versions.

    Is there coding to activate the audio when the video slider comes on? The audio player was not muted and is set to loop and autoplay. See private content for web link.

    Any suggestion is appreciated.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your patience and the link to your site, unfortunately, some web browsers do not allow autoplay with sound, so while the video is set to autoplay with sound it can not override the browser defaults, so you can not force this. You could try using the built-in LayerSlider or another slider plugin which may have a “hack” around this but the browsers try to block this with each update.
