    Hello – I need help with my video slider. I am using smartslider 3 to create a video slider and it works in the preview, but the published page does not load. Any ideas?

    Hey shertigan,

    It looks like you are getting errors from a caching plugin, could you try to turn all caching off and leave the plugins deactivated please?

    I deactivated all cache plugins. The words show up, but the video doesn’t play.
