    dear enfold support team
    I could not find a solution after searching the web and this support forum hours by hours. Please see my customers website where we have many youtube video embeded with the enfold video function. It used to work many years but stopped working, I don´t know when.
    PLEASE can you help.
    The first video you see I´ve embeded today with the iframe from youtube. This seems to work. But the enfold embeding isn´t working anymore.

    I´ve tried disabling all plugins – no luck
    I´ve updated WordPress, Enfold and the php version to 8 – no luck

    Any ideas? I would really appriciate your help.

    Hey Stanko,

    Most of the videos on that page are displaying previews on my end, though some are displaying the “Video unavailable” message. Is that the problem you are seeing on your end as well? If so, then please check for any restrictions applied to the videos which are not playable via your site.

    thanks for your fast reply, unfortunatly it´s not helping. All I see is black, except the video which I embedded with iFrame yesterday. Any other ideas? Anyone? Please have a look at my screenshot

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. Please see screenshot in private for what I’m seeing on my end using Chrome. Could you try using a different browser to see if that helps?

    thanks – do you use windows? I´m on MAC and on Safari I see the same as you on chrome, I will check the customers youtube channel and come back tomorrow

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I’m on OSX as well, but I doubt that the problem would be caused by the OS platform. I can ask other moderators to check your site as well though, if you should think that this is a Windows problem.
