Video Shortcode open in Lightbox???

Hi:
I’ve searched the forums, but can’t figure this one out (and its probably simple).

I’m using the video shortcode to insert videos into my page. I cannot get it to open in lightbox. I’ve used both the share link from Youtube and the actual page URL from youtube – neither works. It opens in iFrame and can’t get the lightbox to open.
If I use an image and then use the URL link, no problem.

I need to add a ton of videos, and don’t want to have to make thumbnail images of all the videos just so can open in Lightbox.
