    Hi,

    I created this video page, which has the RU and EN versions . everything worked fine for quite a while, then I decided to add some new videos on the RU page. The problem – the video previews don’t work and show the video youtube URL instead. In the admin panel I edit the earlier created video blocks.
    The links are enclosed.

    Please advise.

    Please try to update the theme to the latest version, 3.3.2. If it doesn’t fix the issue, post the login details here so that we could take a look in the dashboard.

    Hi Ismael,

    The thing is that we made some customization (not related to this or related functionality block – as I was told). Updating the theme would make them go away. Please find the credentials in the private area.

    Hi,

    Would it be possible for you to move your customisations to a child theme? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/create-a-child-theme/. Eventually you will have to do this as the theme might become incompatible with the version of WordPress you are using.

    Hi Rikard,

    I’m afraid that would be quite a challenge. I consulted with the team and they indicated quite a lot of risks.

    Can we do something to fix the issue as-is without further theme upgrades?

    Have you tried disabling all third-party plugins to see if it gets fixed?

    We did. The problem is that this functionality stopped working after a while we had made the last update.

    Hi!

    you need to upgrade Enfold to the newest version. We can’t help you otherwise. Use a child theme for any customization you have done. Let us know when you are done and still need help.
