I was buying the theme for a video- and film production company. We were looking forward to use the amazing Ajax-portfolio-layout to show different video-projects but unfortunately it doesn’t display videos… Is there any chance that this option is implemented within the next update?

In the next update, it won’t be implemented. I will forward this as a feature request but it might take a long while before it’s implemented.

thanks a lot for your answer! As I could read in the other posts and threads, there currently is no way to display videos in the Ajax. There is the possibility to open a Lightbox with a custom link to the video. but unfortunately it opens before the portfolio item opens up. Isn’t it possible to add a custom link with a Lightbox to a picture in the gallery you can add to the portfolio Ajax item?
I know this was discussed many times since years but as there are so many requests and questions about the feature isn’t it time to fix it somehow?
You’ll probably recommend a freelancer to fix it… but have you heard of someone who managed to fix it?

Well, customers that fixed it with somebody else’s help don’t always come back and share how they managed to build it.
