Hi there,
I am using the video popup feature with a youtube link. I noticed today that it opens up to youtube where the video is located rather than popup. Not sure if others are having the same issue?
Thanks
June 18, 2015 at 3:12 pm #461401Hi cthai!
Can you send us a link to your page so we can see what shortcode / elements your using?
Be sure to deactivate all plugins while testing and also make sure Enfold is updated to the latest version, 3.2.
Best regards,
ElliottJune 24, 2015 at 9:50 am #463841Hi Elliot, I deactivated all my plugins and the video link still leads to YouTube. I also have the latest theme version: Version: 3.2.1
Thanks
June 25, 2015 at 5:36 am #464410Hi!
I’m not sure if you submitted a link to your site in the Private Content area or not, we’ve had some problems with it not displaying what was submitted after a recent update. Could I ask you to post the link again please?
Cheers!

Sure no problem.
Thanks
July 1, 2015 at 6:27 pm #467157Hey!
Hmm, everything looks correct. Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest. You should be using the latest version then.
The login is not administrator so I could not deactivate any plugins to test.
Cheers!

July 2, 2015 at 10:00 am #467377Hey Elliot, I just changed your login to administrator, so you can give that a try.
Also, I’m not sure if this has any relevance, but I didn’t make any changes to the theme files. I just added CSS to the CSS box within the theme options. The theme was also downloaded about a week ago.
Thanks
July 3, 2015 at 3:19 pm #468054Hey!
Are you sure you did #2? If so then you should be using Enfold 3.2.3 but your still using version 3.2.1.
Best regards,

July 5, 2015 at 1:54 pm #468561Hi Elliot, will my theme options be completely erased if I uninstall and reinstall the new theme version? I exported the theme options, so hopefully that’s enough to save the way things are. Is there a way to update the theme version without having to uninstall the theme?
Thanks
July 6, 2015 at 10:38 am #468773Hey!
You should be safe doing what Elliot wrote but please always back up before updating anything really, things can go wrong and if you have a backup you can restore it to the previous state. If you don’t want to delete/update then please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Cheers!
RikardJuly 13, 2015 at 7:16 am #472142Thanks Elliot and Rikard. I updated the theme and it’s now running the newest version. Will this be something I have to do every time a new version comes out? I added the API key from themeforest to Enfold Theme Option update area.
Now that the theme is updated, I tested out the youtube video popup. It seems the problem still exists: youtube video does not pop up, but goes to the video on Youtube instead. I’ve also tried with plugins deactivated.
Thanks

July 13, 2015 at 9:12 am #472177Hi!
The update should be manual now, as envato is having some issue with their API, and a lot of things do no pass as should.
