    I am re-developing my site behind an ‘Under Construction’ plug-in. Login details in Private Content.

    The problem I have is that, for mobile devices, the videos in the tab section of the home page have a grey overlay when viewed on a phone in Chrome

    Also problematic is the fact that, in Chrome at least, the videos need to be clicked in order to ‘autoplay’, for both PC and Phone.

    As a kind of stretch goal it would also be nice to have the videos fill 100% screen width inside the tab. The eventual plan is that the tab section only be visible on mobile devices, I just have it visible on PC for development purposes. Obvs the videos will be changed when the layout etc is correct.

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Background videos are disabled on mobile devices by default which is why a fallback image option is available in the element editor. You can either apply a fallback image or hide the section on mobile view and display an embedded video element instead.

    Thanks for the reply, Ismael – part of my query was, I guess, about how I could embed videos within the tab sections – is that possible?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    We could only add the video as a separate element inside the tab section cells, but not as background of the grid container. This is only possible with the Slider or Color Section element.
