Hi I added the full screen slider with a youtube video it works fine on desktop but not on mobile it says to add a fallback image.
How can I allow it to work on mobile too? Thanks
June 9, 2024 at 5:33 pm #1448723Hey supermanage,
Unfortunately most browsers will not auto play the video on mobile, this is a browser limitation, this is why a fallback image is used.
You can try using the LayerSlider to show your video with autoplay and “Play Muted” enabled, see the screenshots in this threadBest regards,

Do I need to install this separately? Where can I get it from? Thanks

June 10, 2024 at 5:24 pm #1448796Hi,
The LayerSlider is bundled with the theme, so you don’t have to install it separately. The LayerSlider element is available under Media Elements in the Layout Builder. If you need further help with this, then please include admin WordPress login details in private.

June 11, 2024 at 9:16 pm #1448939I have a small problem, I have disabled controls, show info to disabled but I still get the bar on top which says the title of the video and two other icons that say watch later and share. They appear initially then disappear. Is there a way to not show that?

Thank you for the inquiry.

This feature can no longer be disabled due to changes in YouTube’s parameters. You may need to upload the video to your server and host it yourself.
