September 1, 2019 at 5:19 am #1132619Hey JoelGoldstein,
The video is playing fine on my end now, how can we reproduce the problem?
Best regards,
RikardSeptember 12, 2019 at 4:38 pm #1137589September 17, 2019 at 3:29 am #1138977Hi,
Thank you for the update.
The site is still running on an older version of the theme, v4.5.7. Please upgrade it to version 4.6.2. And you have to use the following youtube URL format. (see private field)
Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 17, 2019 at 4:25 pm #1139153It is updated and still not working. See error codes below.
September 19, 2019 at 5:32 am #1139785Hi,
Thanks for the update.
You may need to set the Enfold > Privacy & Cookies > “Enable cookie consent messages” to “Use as simple message bar only” and the “Default Cookie and Services Option Settings” to the first option. If it’s still not working after that, please post the login details in the private field so that we can check the settings.

September 20, 2019 at 6:54 am #1140121Hi,
Thank you for the update.
Can we deactivate the plugins temporarily? We are getting a lot of errors in console.
CSS3119: No fonts available for @font-face rule noticons.css (1,25686) 3SCRIPT12008: SCRIPT12008: WebSocket Error: Incorrect HTTP response. Status code 403, Forbidden 2CSS3119: No fonts available for @font-face rule noticons.css (1,25686) 5SCRIPT12008: SCRIPT12008: WebSocket Error: Incorrect HTTP response. Temporarily, you can use the embed code from youtube.

September 23, 2019 at 6:13 am #1140828Hi,
Thank you for the update.
It doesn’t seem to be a plugin conflict, so we activated the plugins back. The error is still there but it doesn’t really affect the video. What we did is edit the video element and set the “Lazy Load videos” to the second option(Wait for user interaction to load the video). It doesn’t autoplay because of the impose browser policy. The site visitors have to play it manually.
// https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2017/09/autoplay-policy-changes
Chrome’s autoplay policies are simple:
Muted autoplay is always allowed.
Autoplay with sound is allowed if:
User has interacted with the domain (click, tap, etc.).
On desktop, the user’s Media Engagement Index threshold has been crossed, meaning the user has previously played video with sound.
The user has added the site to their home screen on mobile or installed the PWA on desktop.
Top frames can delegate autoplay permission to their iframes to allow autoplay with sound.Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 23, 2019 at 4:42 pm #1141053I’m still not able to play it on my side, I can click the button but it does not load.
September 24, 2019 at 4:55 am #1141200Hey!
Thank you for the update.
Did you remove the browser cache? It is loading properly on our end. Please make sure that you have accepted the cookies and reloaded the page first. In the latest version, the page will autoreload once the user accepted the cookies.
Regards,
IsmaelSeptember 24, 2019 at 4:31 pm #1141432I have tried it on 3 computers without success.
September 24, 2019 at 4:33 pm #1141433I am still seeing this error: Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/mrchecko/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/class-htmlhelper.php on line 1253
September 26, 2019 at 11:26 am #1142223Hi,
Thank you for the update.
For that issue, you can set the constant WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY in the wp-config.php file to false, which should be enough to hide the warnings. They are not actual errors, so they will not affect the site. You can also provide the FTP details in the private field so that we can check the actual file emitting the error.

October 3, 2019 at 7:56 am #1144375Hi,
The above info doesn’t seem to work. Please check it carefully. Did you generate an FTP account? Please provide the FTP account instead.
Thank you for the update.
Best regards,
IsmaelOctober 3, 2019 at 1:57 pm #1144467This is the login to the hosting account not the FTP. Our ftp login doesn’t allow for easy access.
October 4, 2019 at 8:19 am #1144911Hi,
Yes, we know that but the account doesn’t work or is invalid. We only need an FTP account to your file server so that we can debug the issue. Please generate one from your cpanel once you’ve got a hold of the proper credentials.
Thank you for the update.

October 9, 2019 at 10:46 pm #1146652Hi,
Thank you for the update.
We upgraded the theme to v4.6.3.1, modified the class-htmlhelper.php file and set the post_status value directly to fix the issue temporarily.
Best regards,
IsmaelOctober 9, 2019 at 10:53 pm #1146659I don’t see it working on the link below
October 11, 2019 at 8:01 am #1147048Hi,
Thank you for the update.
The video is working properly on our end. Please check the screenshot below. And what we did recently is supposed to fix the errors in the theme options panel. Have you checked the theme options?

IsmaelOctober 11, 2019 at 3:13 pm #1147140I hardcoded that page for the client, that isn’t through the theme.

October 14, 2019 at 7:22 am #1147733Hi!
Thanks for the update.
Did you install a tracker script from adroll? The following warning occurs every time we click the video. We can’t reproduce it on our own installation.
Request to access cookie or storage on “https://d.adroll.com/consent/check/FYTATP3Z5NGIRN5NWT4LAI?ad…ffc02-1571029446089&_s=ccc259f311064fa422aa272a156a898c&_b=2” was blocked because it came from a tracker and content blocking is enabled.
Regards,
IsmaelOctober 14, 2019 at 5:38 pm #1147879Yes, we use adroll. I haven’t made any changes to it recently.
October 15, 2019 at 9:24 am #1148003Hey!
We are not really familiar with adroll, so you might need to contact their developers for additional help. The video doesn’t play when you click on it because the browser is blocking the tracker as you can see in the notification above. Is there any option in adroll where you can exclude certain links from the tracker?
Cheers!
IsmaelOctober 15, 2019 at 8:33 pm #1148186I disabled the plugin and it’s still not playing.
October 17, 2019 at 2:31 am #1148744Hi,
Thank you for the update.
We deactivated the cache and minification plugins to regenerate the scripts and remove the cache. The video plays properly now. Please contact the “AdRoll Retargeting” plugin developers for additional help regarding the issue. You can forward the following information to them.
Best regards,
