Video not showing on IE

I added a video from Vimeo to the front page (using the Advanced Editor) and for some reason it shows okay on Chrome, but doesn’t show on Internet Explorer /I know, right :)/

the same problem

In Chrome, Opera, Firefox displays the video in IE 8 video is not displayed.

Also a very big issue for displaying pages in IE8. For example http://capitallogistic.by/

and other pages.
