I’ve tried adding the video using the regular editor short code and the Avia Layout Builder as well as trying the different resolutions (16:9 and 4:3) but the video is not showing. It is self-hosted at: http://harmonyvineyard.com/uploads/Video/GlenBeckVideo_1.flv

Update the theme to 2.5.4 and then clear all cache that you have through your browser and any server side plugins or WordPress plugins that are running. Each of the past 2.5 updates has added additional fixes and support for video content and 2.5.4 has had sucess on just about all cases.
