I have a background video in a color section where it will not load on Samsung or Google phones.
It give a black screen (The background color are black)How can that be?

It is loading on desktop and Iphone
Background videos are actually disabled on mobile devices by default, so they should only play on desktop view. You need to add a fallback image that will display instead of the background on mobile devices.

There are a background image and it show the video as a placeholder image on Samsung and Google phone.
So it load the video but are not playing, it just look like an image.So are there something that are blocking it for samsung and Google phone?

As mentioned above, the video is disabled by default on mobile devices. Only the fallback image will display in its place.

But the video are loading on Iphones, we have testet that but it is on Samsung/Google phones it is not loading the video.
And it is not the fallback image that are showing on Samsung, it is the video but as an image.The background image that are chosen for the color section are a different image, and it is not showing.

and now the fallback image shows on my Samsung Android.
This video limitation is from the browser and not the theme.Best regards,

I understand video is not supposed to display on mobile devices, but i do work on Iphone.
But its fine, as long as it shows the fallback image.

Ok, with the changes above the fallback image shows for me on Android, I don’t have an iPhone.
Try clearing your browser cache following these steps for Safari and note step 4 where you will Clear the History for iPhoneBest regards,
