    Hi there,

    On my website…

    Go to SERVICES –> TECHNOLOGY

    Technology page back end has a video on it that used to appear and play on the front end. It still appears on the back end but does not show up on the website.

    Please help!

    Hey eastandlakedesign,

    The video looks good on my end on chrome and windows 8. You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.

    Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.

    Please check if there are any browser extension/plugin blocking the video from loading.

    Hi Vinyay and Basilis,

    Thank you for your help. I have cleared my cache and looked on several computers and there is still no video appearing under “The Process” where it is shown on the back end.

    How do I attach a screenshot for you to see?

    Hi,

    The video appears fine as seen in the screenshot attached earlier and it appears to be a caching issue. However if you still have any issue please upload a screenshot/mockup to imgur.com and share the image link here so we can help you better :)
