    Hey itziarsolla,

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2.6) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Best regards,

    I’ve updated but now the web doen’t show. It says “Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /usr/home/gecko.cat/web/deepzanzibar/wp-content/themes/enfold/header.php on line 6 “

    Hi,

    Sorry about that, this should resolve that problem: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/fatal-error-cant-use-function-return-value-enfold-header-php-on-line-6/#post-922937

    Hi

    I’ve checked updates and everything, but in the pages where I have a video, it doesn’t show properly. It happens in two webs I’ve designed.
    I send you de credentials in private.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

    But when I see it in Safari it doesn’t show

    It’s due to the new browser policy. You have to enable the media autoplay option manually.

    It is with enable the media autoplay option manually but the video still doesn’t show properly, it happens in firefox, chrome, safari.
    Is there some way to see the video as it looked before? inside the slider when the home shows… if there is no way, I will have to change the design of the two webs, because I see it’s a problem to put videos

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update. We used the following css codes to fix the issue on Chrome and Firefox.

    #top .mejs-container {
        height: 30px;
        max-height: 100% !important;
    }

    Please let us know if it works on Safari. Don’t forget to remove browser cache prior to checking the page.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
