    Hi,
    one more time, thank you very much for your help :-)

    I’m having a problem related to videos: when I set a multimedia module including a video, the result is only the URL of the video, instead the window with the “play” button that should be shown. Until day it worked fine; in fact, the video module works in another sections of the website. But now, each time I try to upload a new video module, this issue happens again and again…
    I have deactivated every installed plugin, to avoid possible conflicts, but it still doesn’t work…
    What can be happening?

    If possible could you provide a username and password for the admin section in the Private Content section, so we can have a closer look at the issue and see what could be causing it.

    Hi!

    you have been using a caching Plugin, so activate it again, go into plugin’s settings and choose to switch off caching. Deactivate this and all other plugins. Afterwards clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.

    Try to remove the video element which is not working, save the page, then rebuild it again.
