    Hello,
    In attempting to use the Video Media element, I expected a thumbnail of the video to show up (as it does for this particular video on other websites).
    However, what I got is a big black square with the Vimeo URL in the upper left-hand corner.

    Hey namasteevents,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Looks like the video is not loading properly because the site contains an older version of the theme (5.1.2). Please try to upgrade the theme to version 5.6.10, then temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings afterward.

    Hi Ismael,
    I updated the theme; then disabled CSS & Javascript File Merging & Compression. There are a lot of options there; I disabled the first two.
    No change in outcome. Vimeo video still showing as a big black image.
