    Dear Team,
I put a video linking to utube on my homepage and I could see it once from the website, but then not anymore. It loads for many minutes until the system sais there was an error and to try again. Can you please check what’s wrong ?
    Thank you and best regards,
    Natacha

    Hi Natacha,

I tried to check the link you gave however I don’t see the issue on my end.
The background video (youtube) in Votre Guide à travers la Vieille Ville seems to show up just fine, is this the correct area?

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko,
    Thanks for checking.
Actually not, the video I’m talking about is the one right under the slide-show on the homepage. At the right side of the columnn “Une destination n’est pas un lieu, mais une autre manière de voir les choses”. Do you see it ?

    Hi Natacha,

Yes, I do see it on my end.
I tried to reload it several times and I don’t see the video showing any error (I have checked it using Windows 10 on Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera).
It plays once on my end and it does end at 3 minutes and 12 seconds.
The problem might just be on your end, please try to clear your browser cache and temporarily disable browser extensions (if you have some).
Here’s an article that may help: https://helpdeskgeek.com/how-to/how-to-fix-an-error-occurred-please-try-again-later-on-youtube/

    Hi Nikko,
I come back before you close the subject because if on one hand I can watch the video from the website now, on the other my videos disappeared from the utube dashboard (it sais “Hey Natacha, import your first video to get started with you tube”!!!
Previous to that, I had followed the steps of the article you advised to fix the issue and chosed channel 4 and channel 6 Google DNS: does this has something to do with the fact my videos disapeared ? Should I set everything back ?
    Thank you for helping out.

    Hi Natacha,

Changing DNS server should not remove any video from youtube.
You can remove those DNS server address and return to default settings.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko,
I just deleted all coockies, cash and history, and it solved the never-ending video loading problem. And the Utube channel connected to my website is still working too, so you can definitely close the issue.
Thank you very much for your support !
    Best
