    Hi

    I play a video on my hoe page. However it doesn’t seem to be loading properly. The mobile image is displayed, then i get spinning wheel then finally the video.

    How can i fix this?

    Where are you testing it? The video seems to be loading properly on Microsoft Edge, Windows 10.

    Hi

    I see the problem when i view on Safari and Chrome. A static image appears, then spinning wheel before the video loads. Is this how it should be?

    Hi,

    Yes, that’s how youtube video works. It will display the cover photo before loading the actual video.
