    hey :) the video is only 530px high. the videos should have i high of 540px to appear in 16:9 ratio. 960x540px

    Can you please help me to set the video to the correct size.

    Hi wiwaldi79,

    According to the Chrome inspector it’s exactly 960×540, I’m guessing you managed to get it fixed?

    Hi Rikard. No – the inspector is wrong. Please measue the screenshot in photoshop – it is only 530px :(

    Hi!

    Please edit your Color Elements which has videos in them, and add following custom class “top10”
    and then add following code to Quick CSS 

    .top10 { top: 10px; position: relative; }

    Hey Yigit. Can you PLEASE :) :) :) take a quick look. The error appears totaly unexpected on our live website. not an our testserver – we do not find a solution the delte the blank white space above the 5 videos.

    Please add following code to Quick CSS 

    .w2dc-no-touch #main > .fullsize > .container > main {
    display: none;
}

    Please make sure that > sign is not converted to – http://i.imgur.com/IDXRZQ3.png in Quick CSS field.

    Hey!

    refuse from bumping into your own thread, as it marks it as “answered” in our system and then we can’t provide a faster reply for us. Also separate different issues into different tickets.

    I think the issues are caused by an old version of WordPress and the theme. Upgrade at fist to the newest versions and let us know if you still need help. Also try to deactivate all plugins, to see if one is causing any problems and let us know about your results. Are we allowed to deactivate all of your plugins temporarily by ourselves for testing purposes?
