    Hi Enfold Team,
    i have a fullscreen slider with a video and i want to loop this video infinitely. The video plays by autostart, that works.
    But when the video is finished, i see only a black screen. WHEN i do open another tab and go back to the video, the video starts again.
    Its the video on home. (i am pretty sure, it worked before the update)

    I really have no idea, what to do. Please help, my customer is really pissed

    Hey spielprinzip,

    Thanks for the link, though I can’t see that behaviour on my end using Chrome. It’s seems to loop through without any black screens, did you manage to get it working?

    Hi Rikard,
    thanks for your support! Yes, yesterday night suddenly it looped again (stangin AND live), i have no idea why. Btw, the black screen was the last image of the video, so, the problem was, that it just did not loop. So, anyway, i have not changed anything at the system since yesterday. No update, no pluings, no nothing. Do you have any idea, what could have been happen?
    Could this be a temporarily youtube problem? My customer is a bit worried, because i could not tell him the exact error source (i am a dev by the way).
    Well, now it loops on all browsers like it should and like all the time before.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback, I’m not sure what could have caused that though. Maybe caching of some sort? If you didn’t change anything then that would be the likely explanation.
