    Hello. I have a problem with video in the lightbox. When i turn play video is not played in the lightbox but move to vimeo page.

    Firstly, ensure that you are using the latest version of enfold.

    May we have temporary access to your website if the update does not resolve your issue?

    Once I logged into your site, I was brought to the homepage with no backend controls whatsoever.

    What user role did you set the test profile to?

    Hi Dake.

    The user is the administrator. Unfortunately, sometimes there is a problem with logging into the panel. The situation is especially common when you log in using Google Chrome. You have to try several times.

    Hey qeeqac,

    I’m still unable to log into the backend (using several different browsers).

    I’ll keep trying ,but could you disable all of your plugins as a test to see if there is a conflict?

    Hey Dake.

    I just moved the site to a new server. The problem persists. There should be no problems with logging. I’ve noticed that do not work properly icons in Opera Browser and I can not lock page password. After entering the correct password, the page is reloaded. New data for logging in below.

    Hi!

    I want to login to the site but it’s not loading. Is it up? Please check. Make sure that the Lightbox Modal Window option is enabled in the Theme Options panel.

    I was able to run lightbox. The problem was probably one of Slimstat WP plugins. Unfortunately, I can not fix icons.
